We are so excited to have you aboard this journey and look forward to

Schedules/Lateness: Don’t
miss a scheduled rehearsal J. If you do
miss, it is your responsibility to pick up the blocking, staging, music,
dance, notes, etc. upon your return from a conflict. See your Stage Manager.
•
Reminder of
Conflicts: If you listed a
conflict on your audition form, please remind us when you are not going to be
at rehearsal prior to rehearsal.
•
Conflict Reporting: Report any
scheduling conflicts, lateness or personal situations to Emily (not your
directors).
Rehearsals: Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to rehearsals in the
designated rehearsal room, ready to start warm-ups etc. Please be on time! Life happens—we all are there with you, but
do your best. Call in advance if late.
Blog/Facebook: Facebook is just a platform
for general chatter. We will publish
Links to our blog for rehearsal specifics.
Read blog daily to review notes, schedules, updates, etc. You may not see a post on Facebook, but that
does not mean it is not posted on blog.

Mind
Reading: We are good, but not that
good! You need to proactively tell us what is happening in your world. Proactively talk to us—don’t let
things pile up so that
you do not perform/rehearse,
Social
Media: We encourage the use of social media to
promote our show and your performances.
Please be respectful of what you post and write about the show. Do not post pictures of costumes, set,
rehearsals, etc. without the Producer’s specific permission. You can post about the journey and even take
pictures of each other at rehearsal.
Respect
Each Other: We will all make mistakes, have an off night,
not know our lines, not make the right call in a rehearsal, have a breakdown in
communication, etc. No one is
perfect. We have to work as a team to reach our
goal and cracks in the chain will weaken us! We only ask that you respect each other’s talents,
thoughts, belief system, lifestyle,
opinion and performance. This
is a team effort; let’s pick each other up always. IMPORTANT: Do not say, post, or write anything to
criticize a performer, production team or any volunteer in this show or any
process—this includes social media, blogs, Facebook and verbal. You are also expected to uphold a positive, well-mannered etiquette at
all times.
SELL
TICKETS: This is community
theatre no matter how we slice and dice it up.
Yes, we do great things and bring a high quality to our stage, but we
need generous support and one way you can help is by dedicating yourself to
this show and selling tickets to your friends, colleagues, family, etc. We expect about one fith of our tickets sales
to come from the cast, so that is about 30 ticket per cast member. If you post to your network and really keep
everyone information with ticket updates, pics, etc, you will sell 30 easy and
if bought through you, save $5 total. Forms will be on blog soon and see your
stage manager for a form anytime.
